    Smoking in the Villas is strictly prohibited.

    The Villa IS serviced before arrival

    No pets are allowed, except guide dogs.

    If you are expecting visitors during your stay, it must be arranged with your host.

    The limit is six people per Villa.

    Out of respect for our neighbours, please keep noise levels to a minimum.

    Silence must be maintained between 22:00 and 07:00.

    Only accepted swimwear is allowed

    Maximum occupancy (six people) must be adhered to and include children of all ages.



  • Do you charge a breakage deposit?

    Breakage deposit


    Upon arrival, the guest will sign a form that indemnifies Royal Eagle Villas against any liability should guests sustain injuries or incur any loss during their stay.

    A breakage deposit of R3500 is payable before arrival.

    Only guests whose names appear on the invoice will be permitted on Royal Eagle’s premises. Any unauthorised persons that were not originally booked and paid for will be charged at a premium rate of R750 per person

Activities in and around Parys include visiting antique shops, river rafting, abseiling, 4x4 routes, mountain biking and game drives. Parys is a small town so walking or cycling are perfect for getting around.
