- We accept and understand that entry to and traversing on the Royal Eagle Villas Property, and the use of or participation in any of the accommodation, facilities or activities is offered at our risk and where we have minors or mentally/physically impaired persons in our party, accept responsibility for them and the risk on their behalf.
- By making a booking, We indemnify and hold Royal Eagle Villas and its agents, operators, suppliers, executive and operational management, employees, shareholders and the game owners (if applicable) (Royal Eagle Villas) harmless in respect of legal liability for injuries, damage suffered by Us (whether monetary or otherwise) or additional expenditure due to any cause whatsoever, including but not limited to accidents, harm, trauma, death, delay, inconvenience, damage caused by animals, exposure to disease including Covid-19 etc. or any act, omission, default or negligence by Royal Eagle Villas.
- We are aware that the units have a maximum occupancy capacity (including children and babies) and undertake to adhere thereto and accept that guests in excess of the maximum capacity will have to reserve an additional unit at the prevailing rate, if available or will be requested to leave Royal Eagle Villas Property.
